To start November, we have UAB's Dr. Cynthia Owsley explaining how aging affects vision and how bioptic telescopes can help those with visual impairment to drive.

 

Then, Nathan Brajer, a medical student at Duke, tells us about developing easily adjustable and assembled eyeglasses and sunglasses that were beta tested in Ghana.

 

Finally,  Dr. Chris Johnson of the University of Iowa explains how the iPhone app, Visual Fields Easy, can diagnose some eye disease.
