Visual Prosthesis
Dr. David Rein
On the May 9 show, we'll have Dr. John Pezaris of Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston discussing a visual prosthesis that uses a digital camera to send images directly to the brain.
Also, the Research Triangle Institute's Dr. David Rein will discuss the frequency and severity of macular degeneration cases that are predicted to occur between 2010 and 2050.
